NOTES:  Smokey was dumped in a rural area that is popular for people to abandon dogs in.  A concerned citizen reached out for help and we were able to secure a boarding kennel for him.  Smokey is a sweet and friendly guy, good with other dogs. He is in need of a foster, foster to adopt or adoption.
