NOTES:  Cosmo was likely abandoned at a holiday venue and left to fend for himself. Luckily a concerned citizen reached out to us and we were able to secure boarding for him in order to get him off the streets.  Cosmo is now in need of a foster or adoptive home.  He's very sweet, friendly and social.  He was obviously someone's dog at some point.
