THIS IS A COURTESY LISTING FOR GREAT PYR RESCUE OF MONTANA PLEASE CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY EMAIL greatpyrrescuemt@yahoo.com This big beautiful Anatolian girl was found as a stray in Utah almost two years ago with not a lot being known about her. She spent the last two years living in a pasture and getting some attention - enough to know that she just doesn't get along with other dogs. She does love people and affection and is very friendly! Typically of LGD breeds, she especially appears to not enjoy the company of other females. At one point she did really well with a super sweet male Border Collie, so it just may be that she's ok with mellow boys. We just prefer to say that she needs to be the only dog..... she was with a trainer for two weeks and that is the trainer's recommendation. Pyper is extremely strong and can be a bit of a hand-full when on a leash. ALL OF THAT SAID, WE KNOW THAT THIS SWEET GIRL IS MUCH FRIENDLIER THAN WHAT SHE MAY APPEAR. WE ALSO BELIEVE THAT SHE NEEDS TO GO TO SOMEONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITH LGD BREEDS. You can meet this wonderful girl at Old Farm Kennels in Florence and apply to adopt her online here: https://greatpyrrescuemt.rescuegroups.org/info/adoption
