MEET DELPHIE!
He is a super handsome neutered male Anatolian Shepherd x Great Pyrnees cross (as per his previous owner). His estimated DOB is May 2023. He weighs approximately 125 lbs with a little more growing to do. A solid boy with a little more growing to do, Delphie can be a little tentative about new situations. He is growing up to be a stout, resolute dog with an appreciation for boundaries, routine and pack order. He looks to his dog companions for reassurance and guidance. Not a pleasure barker but very vocal with friends and will warn of anything out of the ordinary. Though he loves to play and still has plenty of puppy antics, he also shows promise as a competent, well-grounded, assistant and companion. Fantastic on leash and loves walks, especially with other dogs. The moment you sink your hands into his thick, wonderfully soft, short coat, Delphie will pull you into his center of gravity and cover you in sloppy kisses. He loves to lean into his people for head scritches, sometimes doesn't know where his paws are going and enjoys both indoor and outdoor naps. While Delphie is still in the process of working on basic training, he's conscientious about house rules. He is housebroken and crate trained. He doesn't test fences or gates but does dig as most Anatolians will. He gets along with other dogs and cats. Dephie has not been fully evaluated with children or livestock but has been good in his few encounters with kids.
