Meet Tripp! He is a very handsome 1 year old neutered male Anatolian Shepherd x Great Pyrenees mix (best guess). Trip weighs 85 lbs and is 25 inches tall at the shoulder. He is heartworm negative and is current on HW preventative and vaccinations. His owner has indicated that Tripp is a healthy boy with no health concerns.
Tripp was found as a stray puppy and taken in by his current caretakers. They love Tripp but feel he would do better in a home with a larger fenced yard and perhaps a medium to large sized female dog to play with.
Tripp loves to play with female dogs who are close to his size. He has not been raised with male dogs so it is unclear whether or not he will get along with other males.
He has not been raised with cats, either, so it is unclear whether or not he will be good with kitties.
Tripp's owner has indicated that he has been good with children. He is housebroken and knows sit command and sometimes 'down' and 'stay.' He is responsive to training and would greatly benefit from continued obedience training.
