Max was found stray in an area of town where stray dogs roam the streets.  He hung out in this area for about two weeks before he was picked up.  Neighbors report he got in a scuffle with another stray male, but otherwise was good around all the street dogs, large and small, as well as the cats, chickens and kids running around.

Max is now in the Bastrop County Shelter and needs an adopter soon!  The shelter is full and euthanasia is being considered for the longest residents.  Please go see Max today!  His life depends on it.

This dog is not with NASRN. Please contact the shelter directly. If you are interested in fostering for NASRN, please email cynthia@nasrn.com for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a courtesy listing. This dog is currently adoptable but is not a part of or associated with National Anatolian Shepherd Rescue Network (NASRN), including NASRN’s adoption and/or fostering programs.
