Please meet Bo! Bo was surrendered to a kill shelter by his family because they were having a baby.  Bo arrived at the shelter somewhat neglected, as his allergies had been allowed to get the better of him and he was very uncomfortable.  Now he is with a foster family, healthy and enjoying life again.

Bo is approx. 4 years old and a big boy at 110#.  He often forgets his size and thinks he’s a lap dog or can fit into very small spaces.  You see, he’s a bit of a clown.  His foster mom likes to call him BoBo the Clown. 

He knows basic commands, and currently he is working on his leash manners, which are getting better every day.  He is good with other dogs and would probably be happiest in a home with a canine companion who likes to wrestle and play as much as he does.  He would prefer a home without cats.

We have not tested Bo around children, but given his wonderful, loving nature he would probably do best with older children, as his size and playfulness may be too much for a toddler. 

Some of Bo’s favorite things are people, a soft bed, his pool, balls and car rides.
