THIS DOG IS LOCATED IN VALLEJO, CA. TRANSPORT OPTIONS MAY BE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE For more information on "Napa" please contact her owner directly: Halla 415-895-8592 cell or email the.best.cromptons@gmail.com We rescued Napa on May 23rd off the streets of Vallejo. She was skin and bones, full of fleas, ticks, worms and just had puppies. She is now beautifully healthy, spayed, UTD on all her shots, heart worm negative, microchipped and on tick, flea and heart worm preventative. Napa also has her own pet insurance with Healthy Paws, effective 06/10/17, and her hip dysplasia wait period ends on same date in 2018. She also has put on 15lb since we brought her home, and she's now at 75lb and on highest quality food money can buy. We are not rich, far from it, but we do feed our fur kids better quality food than we eat sometimes ! My husband and I fell in love with Napa, and so did our two cats and two other female dogs, even though one of them is a super alpha, and that's why we decided she's staying as part of the pack. However, the more confident and strong Napa is becoming, the more intimidating to our other alpha she has become, and they started fighting over attention and protection over us their humans. There was no serious fight, and never an injury, just a tense situation all day everyday, that our household was starting to become a war zone, and we had to keep them separate in crates and sometimes muzzled, which is never a good life for anyone in a family, humans or canines. It is with broken heart, I still feel the void in my chest, that we have decided to give Napa up and actively trying to find her forever deserving home. Napa is very young, fiercely loyal and obedient to her humans (even though I never had the chance of giving her a proper training) if given the right training and attention she needs. She is a winner for a Pets for Vets program, and will make a great service/ therapy dog for a human who needs that deep connection with an animal. Napa is shy at first, but once she feels safe with her handler, she's gentle, playful, fun and protective over her home and human.
