Meet Frank.  He is a young adult neutered male Anatolian Shepherd Dog.  Estimated DOB April/May 2018.
Frank is good with other dogs, seems to be friendly with people.
Right now he is pretty much shut down from all of the stress and confusion of being in the shelter.

Transport options may be available within 1000 miles (or farther if you are willing to drive).
At this time we do not know how he is with cats, children.
